What are the job prospects for bachelors degree in architecture outside India?

I am doing bachelors in architecture from IIT Roorkee. I am interested in doing master’s program abroad as part-time, while working there. What are the job prospects for bachelors in architecture outside India? And which are the countries where I can expect to find a good job along with a post-graduation course?

Since you are a student of IIT, there are good chances of your getting a decent job in foreign countries too. There are many job opportunities for architects to work on projects abroad. Multinational companies in India also hire for this purpose and send abroad for a project confined work for a period of time.

Architectural Designing and planning is highly in demand outside India and most of these works are project based until you get lucky and find a firm position there. Dubai, Bangkok, Singapore, and US hires Indian architects who have had a course in building engineering and management, architectural conservation, industrial design, landscape architecture, naval architecture, architecture concerning traffic and transport planning. These job opportunities come from mostly private industries.
