- Human resource factors: By examining employee satisfaction which can be examined by employee turnover, absenteeism, grievances, discharge, dismissal etc.
- Cost benefit analysis: the cost of training could be compared with the value of training.
- Feedback: To get the feedback for the gaps in training program from trainees, instructor, supervisor etc.
