What are the salary packages for CAs?

Can I have a basic idea as to what the salary package will be, if placed through ICAI campus placements?

There are campus placements through ICAI for the newly qualified Chartered accountants. The placement programme is conducted in 13 centres across India and here are the few highlights of the same:

The Minimum Chartered accountant salary offered by a corporate was Rs. 4,00,000/-p.a. while the highest salary packages that are offered to candidates for working in companies like Hindustan Unilever Limited at Mumbai is around Rs. 20,00,000/-p.a. The average CTC offered is around Rs. 7,30,000/-p.a. Many entities comprising of CA firms & companies participates in the Campus programme through of various formed interview panels. Chartered accountants are given 2 chances of appearing for the campus interviews.
