Change: Alteration in anything in the organization. This may be alteration in the people, structure or technology of an organization.

Person who is responsible for managing the change process is known as change agent.

This change agent may be-
• Managers: Internal entrepreneurs.
• Non managers: Change specialist.
• Outside consultants: Change implementation experts.
