What is MBO?

Management by objective is one of the modern processes of performance appraisal. This process completes in below 6 steps:

• Set the organizations goal.
• Set departmental head (By department Head)
• Allocate department goals to the subordinate and ask them to develop their own individual goals.
• Set individual goal.
• Performance review and measure the results.
• Provide feed back.

This method mainly focus on future rather than past performance.
