What is the job profile and working duties of a Nurse?

Nurses have to perform a wide range of duties and various responsibilities. They have to combine both their nursing skills and the empathy towards their patients while performing their duties. Initially the nurses have to take care of the patients including dispensing medication, keeping records, assist the medical team in operation theatre, administration and other office works.

Along with gaining experience and seniority, nurses have to assist and manage the specific department of the medical team, like psychiatric, pediatric, intensive care etc.
