I am a Graduate of B.Com (accounts honours), working in Finance service sector since past 4 years. I came across an advertisement somewhere about ICICI offering business Leadership program. Please tell me in detail about the objective of this program and its eligibility. What is the job prospect of this course?

ICICI Business Leadership Programme is a project by ICICI Bank in partnership with NIIT University to impart Master of Business Administration with specialization in finance and banking. It aims to provide opportunities to professionals, who demonstrate an aptitude for the banking industry, to get identified and nurtured as future business leaders. It provides a career leap to business leadership positions and an opportunity to serve corporate India.

The unique design of the programme focuses on providing high degree of industry exposure, by academic and functional experts from the financial domain and banking industry. The programme has a desired blend, wherein students will undergo six months module of industry linked internship at ICICI Bank twice during the 2 year course duration.

Candidate will be provided a scholarship of Rs 10,000 per month while on campus and Rs 50,000 per month during internship at ICICI Bank. It has also been announced that post successful completion of program, selected applicants shall be placed at mid-management levels at ICICI Banks with a starting salary of Rs. 15 lacs per annum.

Working professionals who are CAs/Engineers/Graduates in any discipline with a minimum work experience of three years in industries such as oil & gas, pharma, steel, infrastructure, aviation, power, IT, Banking & Financial services, etc. are eligible for this.
