What is the penalty for obstructing inspector in factories act?

Whoever willfully obstructs an Inspector for exercising of any power conferred on him by or under this Act, or fails to produce any register or other documents kept in his custody on demand by an Inspector or conceals or prevents any workers, in a factory from appearing before, or being examined by the inspector, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees or with both.
