What is the structure of Delivery document? What are the characteristics essential for combining more than one sales order as one outbound delivery?

Delivery document is grouped into two levels: Header and Item.

Delivery document header:
The data in the document header is valid for the entire document. Ex: Data for ship-to party, Deadlines for shipping

Delivery document item:
Each item in the delivery document contains its own data. Ex: Data about material, quantities,etc.

Characteristics essential for combining more than one sales order:
