What is Total Quality Management (TQM) concept?
TQM or Total Quality Management is a philosophy of management that aims at constant attainment of customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of all organizational processes. It is a set of corporate values which focuses on the consistent performance of the organization. TQM gets every employee involved and every step is scrutinized to improve the ways in which it can be implemented in the organization’s process. TQM can be effective if employees are given extensive training in problem solving, group decision making and statistical methods.
