What is trade union act and its legal frameworks?

This act allows the formation of trade union by allowing employees the right to form and organize unions. According to this any 7 person can form their union and get it registered under this act.

According to this act they must agree to follow the provisions of the act related to registration and submit a copy of the rules of the trade union in their application to the registrar of trade unions.
