What is your idea of an ideal company?

Do not go over board and ask for something. It might give an impression that you are too demanding. Some of the balanced answers could be:
-An ideal company for me would provide maximum opportunities for growth to employees.
-They provide comfortable and flexible work environment, so that employees can perform at their best and work towards company’s benefit.
-A company that encourages learning and open culture.

  • You would probably start babbling all the good qualities that an ideal company would have and in the run mention some facilities that the company you are being interviewed for lacks. This is why you are always told to research about the company. You would know some basic or extraordinary facilities they provide their employees and would be able to make out a good answer out of it and by that I do not mean sticking to it point by point. Just a measured answer that would give them an impression that you are neither very judgemental nor very easy to please. Give an idea about your expectations taking care of the above points.

"For me an ideal company is one that focuses on evolving along with employee's growth providing new challenges and adapting to better techniques, keeping up with time. Company must believe in making it better all the time and keep exploring into new areas of development."
