a. Telephonic or voice-in-person: This is done over the phone line and is one-to one interview. It works by capturing complex ideas through follow-up questioning
b. Paper: In this method a questionnaire is prepared and employee is supposed to fill it by the time of separation.
c. Web - Exit Interview Management Systems: In this method separating employee need to respond through web. The response of this method is quick and more accurate.
