What obligations does a worker need to take care? What penalties does he face on the offence?

Under the factories act, no worker in a factory -

a. Is allowed to interfere with or misuse any appliance, convenience or other thing provided in a factory

b. Is allowed to indulge in any activity which may be endanger him or others in the factory

c. Is allowed to neglect the use of any appliance or other thing provided in the factory for the purposes of securing the health or safety of the workers.

If any worker employed in a factory revolt any of the provisions of this section or of any rule or order made thereunder, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend up to three months, or with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees, or with both.
