What other things than a degree do I need to focus on for a career in HR?
I am a student of BA English Honors. I want to make a career in Human resources. Apart from going for a post graduation in HR, what are the other things that I need to focus on to improving my chances of making it to the best colleges? What are the skill-set that they look for while hiring HR into the top companies of India. I am good at conversations and believe that I make an impact with my skills. Is this the right career choice for me?
No one knows what is best for you other than you. You need to be sure of what you want in your career. There are training programs in colleges that you can take up along with your graduation program.
