What rights does a worker possess?

Section 11A of the act provides Right of workers. These are:

a. Workers can obtain information from occupier in relation to his health and safety at work

b. get trained within the factory wherever possible, or, can be sponsored by the occupier for getting trained at a training centre or

c. represent to the Inspector directly or through his representative in any matter of inadequate provision for protection of his health or safety in the factory.
