The Three Levels of Leadership Model generalizes on developing the leader psychologically as well as technically sound. This model helps the leader to understand what steps they need to take to develop the organization.

The 3 levels of the Model are Public, Private & Personal leadership:

-The public and private leadership focus on the behavioural levels which are the outer layers of the circle.

-The third personal leadership is the innermost circle and focuses on individual growth of thw leader in terms of skill & knowledge to enhance leadership.
