Participation through Quality circles is one of the best methods. A quality circle is a group of five to ten people who are experts in a particular work area. They meet regularly to identify, analyze and solve the problems arising in their area of operation. The expert of each department can become its member. This helps in improving the coordination among the departments for effective working & reducing the miscommunication issues. Quality circles are accountable for producing quick, concrete & impressive results if implemented effectively at the right time & right place.
