- The answer to this question should entirely depend on your circumstances.
If you have absolutely no problem working in night shifts and over the weekends you can say with elaborations like you are always ready to put in extra efforts whenever and wherever required and night shifts and weekends are no exceptions for you.
However, if you are not ready for these work hours, be honest and tell your problem to the interviewer.
If you are not sure about it you can seek the midway and explain that though working night shifts and weekends might not be easier for you yet you would be willing to make exceptions sometimes if your work absolutely requires that.
