Yoga is a universal language of spirituality
Yoga originated in Ancient India with a view to achieve physical, mental and spiritual peace. Yoga as a practice is on the verge of being accepted in other countries as well.
For:
- Yoga is now a universally adapted as a mainstream practice
- Yoga or any such practices, keep changing over time for its betterment
- Yoga, as a practice is robust enough to support manifold explanations
- Art and literature should not be mixed with religions
- Yoga has a sturdy divine factor, but it has progressed to a point where it can also act as a benefit for the physical well – being
Against:
- Although yoga has been claimed to be a universal language of spirituality, yet nobody can deny the fact that yoga has its roots in Hinduism
- If yoga would have been a spiritual language, why is it that the people who have to be certified as yoga professionals have to be trained in Hindu philosophy
- Yoga and Vedanta are matted with each other and cannot be separated, irrespective of in which ever state it has been adopted as a practice
Conclusion:
Whoever adopts yoga will benefit from its effects of conquering the body and mind.
