Verma, director general RPF for commendable contribution through Operation Smile in the field of anti human trafficking. Indian Railways has formed the Child Protection Committees at railway stations across the country. The RPF, being the most active component of Child Protection Committees has been rescuing trafficking children and handing them over to either legitimate guardians, or authorised NGOs, in this field.
