Explanation

Deliberate sampling is better known as purposive or non probability sampling. It involves a purposive selection of particular units of the universe which may represent the entire universe. When the samples are selected on the basis of the ease of access, it is known as convenience sampling. Simple random sampling is known as probability sampling, where every item of the population has an equal chance of representation. To select a sample of the population, each item is assigned with a number. Systematic sampling is the most practical way of sampling. It selects every 10th or 15th name on the list. When the population from which a sample is to be selected does not constitute a homogeneous group, stratified sampling is applied.
