To monitor parallelism for query, check that one or more of the tables being scanned should have a parallel attribute.
For the parallelism for DDL statements, the parallel clause should be specified.
At OS level, use “ps -ef | grep ora_p0” to list active Query Processes and monitor overall IO and Memory closely.
