ANSWER IS

as we all saw in the starting that a^b is not multiple of 4 apply that concept
a=5,b=70 we cant divide b by 4 it gives remainder not equal to 0 so we have to divide it by 4 and get the remainder i.e 70/4=2 remainder
now a^r then 5^2=25 now in the question they ask remainder so 25/6=1 as remainder soit is the ans 1
