What is Untyped XML?
-
In untyped xml data type you do not have a schema for your XML data.
-
Although the schemas exist, they may not be validated on the server side.
-
At times applications perform client-side validation before storing the data at
the server. Invalid XML Data may be stored temporarily according to the schema,
or schema components that are not supported at the server are also used to
store at the client side.
