•For an insurance industry referral scheme is the best recruitment strategy. Here it may be monetary and non monetary.

•Monetary: In any employee refer his friend for this job, will get total 1500 amount in 3 installments. Like, On completion of one month of referred employee referee will get Rs 500, after two months of joining will get 500 and after completion of referred employee’s 3 months in the system referee will get more Rs 500.

•Non Monetary: On each employee referral and after his joining referee will get any of the gift from company side.
