Progressive Discipline approach is a step by step program designed to evaluate & correct the performance problems arising out of employee misconduct. The progressive discipline model gives the employee additional opportunities to correct his performance prior to the termination. The seriousness of the consistent violations,if any, are focused in this approach. It involves the documentation between employees and supervisor if the behaviour continues or if the employee further commits a serious offense. An official written warning letter summarizes all the earlier misconducts.
