Keane is a NTT Data company, an IT services firm headquartered in US. Keane was acknowledged for proceeding with the practice of Application Management Outsourcing with its DynAMOSM solution and was registered as an industry qualifier for the consulting & business service category.
Keane usually prefers to have fresh engineering graduates as employees for their company who have scored minimum of 60% marks constantly starting from 10th standard till your degrees in engineering college.
For you to be placed at Keane you need to complete your B.E/ B.Tech engineering graduation in computer science or electronics, Information science, Information Technology or Electrical and Electronics engineering or Mechanical Engineering. The campus placement includes 4 stages they are starting with aptitude test, group discussion, technical interview and lastly the HR interview round.
The aptitude test is conducted to measure the problem solving skills and time management capability of the candidate. The topics covered under this section are:

• Simple and Compound interest
• Surds and Indices
• Progression
• Permutations and combinations

• Verbal and Non Verbal reasoning
Once you cross the written test comprising of questions from the above list of topics you are then shortlisted for the Group Discussion Round which is conducted amongst a group of 7 – 8 candidates and any general topic from the newspaper could be picked up and given to you for discussion. You are then taken ahead to the technical round of interview. In this round of interview the questions cover topics like data structures, operating systems, Object Oriented Programming, Programming concepts, Array, Pointers, Algorithm.
After clearing all the above mentioned 3 rounds you are then directed towards the final round which is the HR interview round. In this round the HR Manager collects personal details of the candidate including family details, educational background, preferred job location, salary expectations, why do they want to join this particular company, etc.
