What are the various HR plans which an HR professional needs to carry out?


•Recruitment Plan: This plan determines the number and type of people required, and strategy to recruit those people.

• Redeployment Plan: This is the complete plan of transferring or training of existing employees for new job within the organization.

•Redundancy Plan: This is planning for employees who are without job in the organization, whether they need retraining, and retrenchment or lay off etc.

•Training Plan: It is the plan of required trainees or apprentices, and plan for recruiting them.

•Productivity Plan: this plan takes place for increasing the productivity like incentives, profit sharing schemes, job redesign etc.

•Retention Plan: It is the plan to retain the existing manpower by new compensation policies, changes in work environment and working conditions.
