What do you understand by Grievance?

Grievance is a feeling of dismay towards the Management, job, nature of work, etc. which results into dissatisfaction. Grievances may at times result into disputes if they are not resolved in time. Thus, it lowers the morale and efficiency of the employees. A feeling of discontentment and dissatisfaction may arise if employees expectations are not fulfilled, which in turn results into Grievance. It is usually restricted to the violation of the terms & conditions of the employment.
