What steps are generally taken if either of the parties is guilty of the breach of code?

The code of discipline is to be followed by both the employers as well as the employees. Either of these organizations is found guilty of the breach of the code, the following steps should be taken against their respective units:

-The unit should explain the violation of any provision of the code.

-A notice should be given to the unit to set the violation right & that too in a specific period of time.

-Warn the unit concerned for its actions persisting in the infringement.

-The unit should be disaffiliated from its membership in case of persistent violation of the code.

-Serious & persistent breaches of the code should be widely publicised to create awareness amongst the employees.
