It is very important to maintain discipline in an organization for its effective working & success. The discipline decisions should be uniform throughout the organization. The Managers should be unbiased & judge the offensive behaviour & not the person. A disciplinary notice should be displayed & the employees should be made aware of the actions against the violation of the notice. The disciplinary decision should be fair enough for the employee. The disciplinary action should be taken with immediate effect to maintain the seriousness of the offence.
