Sample disagreement letter over Internet Bill

I have been charged the incorrect amount for my internet usage. My internet plan states that I have 1800 minutes of free usage for 1 GB data for a period of 30 days with a monthly rental of Rs 450, but I am being charged a monthly rental of Rs 750 apart from the daily charge for each separate internet connection.

I request you to send me a revised bill and explain why I have been charged extra in this way.

I had spoken with you about this on 1st of March and you told me that you will revert back with a solution, but ever since then I haven’t heard from you. If my complaint is not resolved I shall take the complaint to the consumer board as this a complete harassment on your company’s part.

Hope you will resolve my complaint at the earliest.
