Describe mind mapping for eliciting requirements.
Mind mapping involves penning down
a central idea and thinking of new and related ideas around it which radiate
out from the centre. It allows focusing on central ideas and then creating
branches around them consisting of related terms and ideas. It uses lines,
colors, arrows for showing relationships between various ideas and terms. This
helps in creating a visual which helps in understanding a concept better. Mind
mapping is used for structuring, classifying, and problem solving as well. It
encourages brainstorming approach to requirements elicitation
