What measures are given for floors and stairs under factories act?

In every factory-

a) All floors, steps, stairs, passengers and gangways shall be sound constructed and properly maintained and shall be kept free from obstructions and substances

b) Safe means of access is maintained to every place at which any person is required to work at any time;

c) When any person has to work at a height from where he is likely to fall, provision shall be made, by fencing or otherwise, to ensure the safety of the person.
