What retention policy will you implement being an HR, if there is more absenteeism and attrition in the system?


To stop absenteeism we can start few schemes for the employees like,
• If any employee having 100 % attendance in a month will get Rs. XXXX amount as cash incentive.
• If any employee comes office regular on or before time will be awarded as Best regular employee of the month with a trophy and will get chance to have a lunch with Mr. XXXXX (Any senior of the company may be directors).

To stop attrition:
• Any company can launch bonus scheme, like if any employee completes 1 year in the organization will get XXXXX amount as bonus. (It may be one or two months’ salary)
• By organizing some activities on monthly basis for the employees like games, competitions, bi rthday celebration etc.
