Which factors let you understand an organization?

An organisation is a very complex unit with different levels of hierarchy. It can be understood on the basis of the following factors:
-The goals and objectives of the organization must be clearly defined. The employees must be aware of their duties and tasks in the organization.
-There purpose of the organization & its internal structure should go hand in hand.
-The employees must share a warm relationship with each other. There should be coordination between various departments for better results.
-The management should appreciate the performing employees. Appreciation infront of everyone gives them recognition & also increases the management's expectations from them. The management must make the non-performers realize their mistakes and ask them to work harder in accomplishing their targets. They should not be criticized, instead dealt with patience and care. Give them opportunities but still if they don’t perform up to the mark, penalize them.
